Appointments
The frequency of counselling appointments depends on the challenge you are working through, but most often sessions are scheduled once per week. As our work progresses, sessions may move to fortnightly or monthly.
The number of counselling sessions varies from person to person. We will regularly review our work together to ensure you are getting the most out of sessions.
Fees
Each counselling session is 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed and is £50, paid by bank transfer whithin 24 hours of your session. I will ask you to use the date of your session and a reference number as a reference to ensure I have an accurate record of your payments.
